FAQ

Who do you work with?

I currently work with adults (18+) from all walks of life who are not in a state of active mental health crisis, as that is beyond my scope of practice. Participants who bring a beginner's mind and an open heart can glean the most benefit from this experience. If there comes a time when more specialized support is needed, I can refer you to some amazing therapists in our community. If you have questions about my scope of practice, please get in touch to discuss!

I work with people from all backgrounds of relating to horses, even folks who are afraid! We go at the pace that feels best for your system. Our work happens fully on the ground, with the horse, in nature. No riding is involved.

What are your qualifications?

I am an Organic Intelligence Certified Coach. I am currently in a two-year-long Gestalt Equine Psychotherapy training through the Gestalt Equine Institute of the Rockies, graduating in 2026. I am not a clinically licensed therapist. Although sessions with me are therapeutic, they are oriented around nervous system support and education. I do not work directly with mental health pathology.

Do you take insurance?

I am not licensed to take insurance.
