How do you show up in your relationships? What becomes possible when you have more choice in how you respond, communicate, and connect?

In this experiential workshop, somatic coach and equine professional Dallas O'Flaherty (of Sweetwater Somatics) will guide you through embodiment practices and interactions with horses to explore these questions.

Like humans, horses are deeply wired for connection and respond best to congruence—when our inner experience aligns with our outward expression. Their nonjudgmental presence invites us to explore relationship with curiosity, authenticity, and play.

Through guided visualizations, gentle partner exercises, and mindful groundwork with horses, you'll develop greater awareness of your internal and external experience, strengthen authentic communication, and gain insight into your relational patterns.

Whether you're seeking deeper self-awareness, more meaningful connections, or a unique opportunity for personal growth, horses offer a powerful catalyst for transformation. Join us in exploring what it means…
