About the event
Horses communicate primarily through energy, movement, and body language. This is how they relate to one another, to us, and to the world around them. Humans have these same ancient communication skills—we just need a little practice remembering how to feel and use them.
In this experiential workshop, somatic coach and equine professional Dallas O’Flaherty will guide you through solo, partnered, and group embodiment practices, along with mindful interactions with horses.
Together, we’ll explore what it feels like to:
step into the flow of connection
communicate with clarity and authenticity
recognize and respond to what is happening in our bodies
